Surf and Turf Dinner Reheating Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Remove the plastic lid from the container.

Remove the sauce containers and set aside. Do not reheat The Green Salsa (Salsa Verde), it will be served at room temperature.

Step 4:
Cover the container with foil and reheat in the oven for 25 minutes to maintain medium-rare doneness.

Step 5:
For medium doneness: remove the sides and continue reheating the meat only for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 6:
For well-done doneness: remove the sides and continue reheating the meat only for an additional 20 minutes.
Good to know
- Keep the sides covered when reheating the meat longer to avoid overcooking them.
- Add sauce (room temperature) after reheating and serve immediately.
- Times may vary slightly depending on oven calibration and how cold the dinner was prior to reheating.
